Who We Are
After several years of operating independently, Desta
R. Bechtol established Chico Notary Solutions in March
of 2004. As an experienced signing agent, Desta became
aware of the need for local notaries to work together,
enhancing their professional image and providing a network
of support. With this in mind, notaries within our service
area were able to interact with each other, providing
assistance in education and fulfilling client needs
in even the most remote locations. From the beginning,
Chico Notary Solutions has surpassed expectations by
providing clients with excellent one-on-one service.

By managing a network of local, qualified, and certified
notary signing agents, we have the power and flexibility
to quickly and efficiently execute any type of document
signing. With thousands of successfully completed loan
document and individual signings to our credit, we have
the expertise to handle any of your needs.
What We Do
Chico Notary Solutions offers services to mortgage
lenders, escrow companies, loan officers, and the general
public. We are committed to being the premier mobile
notary and document signing service in Northern California.
Our network includes mobile notaries with availability
around the clock (including weekends and holidays),
electronic or faxed document capabilities, and some
with Spanish language skills. All of our notaries are
properly licensed, bonded, and insured in the State
of California. No job is too large or small, so allow
