in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Shasta, Sutter, Tehama, and

All of the services listed below are subject to volume
discounting. If a document or set of documents requires
multiple notarizations, please contact
us for a price quote.
Basic Notary Service
(When Available: 9am – 5pm)
Basic notary service includes notarizing documents in
our office during normal business hours. Basic service
fees are $10.00 per signature requiring notarization.
Expanded Notary Services
(When Available: 9am – 5pm)
Expanded notary service includes travel to a location
of the clients choosing and notarizing of documents.
Expanded service fees are determined by the number of
signatures requiring notarization and a pre-negotiated
travel fee.

Loan Document Signing Services
We offer very competitive fees for loan signing services.
With local pickup and delivery at no additional charge,
we would be happy to assist in your accommodation signings
as well. Most of our notaries have e-document capabilities
with laser printers and/or fax machines. You may also
inquire about our on-site services during crunch times.
Loan service fees are on a contract basis and are all-inclusive
of charges. Please contact

Multilingual And Additional Services
We currently offer services in English and Spanish.
If you require a Spanish speaking notary public, please
advise us when placing your order. In addition, we would
be happy to fulfill any special courier or fingerprinting
needs you may have. Please contact

Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, or electronic funds transfers
and credit cards using Paypal’s online invoicing
features. We will also be happy to bill your home or
office if you have previously made arrangements to do
so.
